We have been informed of a scam currently affecting a well known model/make up artist networking site. It involves being contacted by someone to do work for them, they accidentally overpay you by cheque and ask for the difference back from you by cheque. In the meantime, their cheque bounces and you have paid them money! Please be wary of offers that seem too good to be true. They usually are! There are a number of similar scams around, so please be very careful and think twice before giving anyone money. Channel 4’s “How to look good Naked” at School of Make-up Gok Wan and his team did a feature on Elaine, our principal and the School for Channel 4’s “How to look good Naked”. Keep your eye out for a clip! (go to top) I’d just like to say how amazingly proud the team and I are after hearing so many of your success stories and exceptional achievements this year. Well done and keep up the hard work guy’s! Please, please remember that myself and the team are always here for you all, whether its advice and support or just a visit back to the mother ship for a catch up…..You are not alone!!!
